Non-Lethal Weapons Program

Non-lethal devices

EXCITING NEWS!

Crosspoint FTA is currently the only defensive training academy in Connecticut certified to offer the USCCA Non-Lethal Program!

Now you can be among the first to explore practical non-lethal self-defense options

by attending one of our upcoming introductory seminars.

USCCA Non-Lethal Tools for Self-Defense

Effective self-defense means having more than one option.

The USCCA Non-Lethal Tools for Self-Defense program introduces practical tools and strategies for protecting yourself and others when the use of a firearm may not be appropriate, necessary, practical, or legally justified —

or when a defender prefers a non-lethal alternative.

Participants explore a variety of non-lethal defensive options, their capabilities and limitations,

and how they may fit into a broader personal-protection plan.

Through demonstrations and hands-on training, participants will:

  • Explore TASER devices, SABRE and ASP pepper sprays and gels, BYRNA launchers, and other defensive tools.

  • Learn the proper use, capabilities, and limitations of each option.

  • Understand when a non-lethal response may be appropriate.

  • Consider non-lethal tools as either a primary or secondary layer of defense.

  • Gain practical experience designed to build confidence and competence.

Expand your options. Improve your preparedness. Train with purpose.
