CUSTOMER REFUNDS, CANCELLATIONS & COURSE COMPLETION
REFUNDS:
Payments are nonrefundable unless Crosspoint cancels the course.
CANCELLATIONS:
If you need to cancel your registration, you may transfer your enrollment to another course with available openings during the same calendar year.
NO-CALL / NO-SHOW:
Participants who fail to attend a scheduled course without prior notice forfeit all payments.
IF YOU DO NOT PASS:
If you do not successfully complete the course or training, no refund will be issued. However, Crosspoint will offer a one-on-one remedial session to help you address areas of difficulty and work toward successful completion.

If you miss or misunderstand material that contributes to an unsuccessful outcome, we will continue providing reasonable additional instruction to help you develop the knowledge and skills needed to succeed.
